Documents required at the time of interaction (if admission is through online registration)
  1. Downloaded form with Online Receipt No.(This receipt will be compared with the data filled in by the parent while filling it online).
  2. Passport Size Photograph of the Candidate.
  3. Photocopy of Birth Certificate issued by the local municipal corporation where the child was born which is duly attested by a Gazetted Officer.
  4. Address proof of the parent (Electricity bill/Telephone Bill/Passport/Driving License).
  5. Parents' Educational Qualification proof (Copy of school/degree certificates).
  6. Christian/Catholic candidates may furnish a letter from their respective parish priest with a copy of baptism certificate.
  7. It is compulsory to bring the original certificates for verification.

Note: Failure in furnishing the above documents and credentials will result in the cancellation of registration and will not be considered for admission.
Terms & Conditions
  1. Registration does not imply admission. Admission is subject to the availability of seats.
  2. Furnishing fake information will lead to cancellation of registration / selection of the candidate.
  3. Documents will be accepted only from those candidates who have filled in the required online information on the 'NURSERY Registrations' Link of the official website of St.Joseph Covent Senior Secondary Girls School.
  4. The selection of the students will be done as per the information furnished in the online registration form.
  5. Date of Birth for Nursery should be between 1st Aug 2021 and 31st Jul 2022.
  6. Both parents should be present alongwith the child at the time of submission of documents.
  7. The school does not accept donations. Be careful of those known and unknown people who pose to be intermediaries in the admission process. Please do not get misled or cheated by any such person. We do not have any such practices at all.
  8. Recommendations will not be considered and can be detrimental to admission. Similarly any attempt at seeking admission through dubious means, as and when discovered, admission will be cancelled subsequently.
  9. The names of the selected students will be published on the School Website / School Notice Board.

Points to be remembered while filling online registration form

  • Submission of registration form is not assurance / security of admission.
  • Date of Birth for Nursery should be between 1st Aug 2021 and 31st Jul 2022.
  • CHANGES / CORRECTIONS in the entries will NOT be accepted under any circumstances after filling / submitting ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM.
  • The registration ceases at any stage of admission if dissatisfied by the management without assigning any reason.
  • The originals of the desired documents should be presented at the time of submission of Registration Form for verification. Furnishing fake information will lead to cancellation of registration / selection of the candidate.
  • School Management reserves the right of cessation of the admission at any stage of dissatisfaction. 
  • Registration forms without proper and incomplete documents will not be accepted. 
  • The school does not accept donations. Be careful of those known / unknown folks who pose to be mediators in the admission process, do not get misled or cheated by any such person. We do not follow any of such practices at all. Also seeking admissions through dubious means even if discovered subsequently will result in the cancellation of admission.
